1. Introduction

Welcome to PincBloom. By accessing ourwebsite and using our telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Termsand Conditions. PincBloom operates as an online women's health clinicconnecting patients with registered Australian healthcare practitioners. Pleaseread these terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree withany part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

PincBloom facilitates telehealthconsultations — including video, phone, and asynchronous messaging — withqualified General Practitioners and Endorsed Nurse Practitioners registered inAustralia. We provide medical advice, prescriptions, pathology referrals, and ongoingcare plans for women's health conditions. All clinical decisions are madesolely by the treating practitioner.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least18 years of age and physically located in Australia at the time of yourconsultation. By using PincBloom, you confirm that you meet these eligibilityrequirements.

4. Medical Emergencies

PincBloom is not an emergency service. Inthe event of a medical emergency, you must immediately contact emergencyservices (000 in Australia) or attend the nearest hospital emergencydepartment. Our practitioners are not able to provide emergency care via theplatform.

5. Fees, Billing and Medicare

Consultation fees are displayed prior tobooking and must be paid at the time of booking. Where applicable,consultations with General Practitioners and Endorsed Nurse Practitioners maybe eligible for Medicare rebates under the MBS. Please note that Endorsed NursePractitioners receive 85% of the standard Medicare rebate. Patients areresponsible for any out-of-pocket costs not covered by Medicare. Fees aresubject to change and will be communicated in advance.

6. Prescriptions and Referrals

The issuance of prescriptions, referrals,and medical certificates is entirely at the clinical discretion of the consultingpractitioner. PincBloom does not guarantee that a consultation will result in aprescription or referral. Practitioners will only prescribe medications thatare clinically appropriate and in accordance with Australian regulatoryrequirements.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Appointments cancelled with more than 24hours' notice will receive a full refund. Appointments cancelled with less than24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of theconsultation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee. 8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PincBloom only for lawfulpurposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You mustnot misuse the platform, provide false or misleading information topractitioners, or attempt to obtain prescriptions for medications for purposesother than your own personal medical care.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PincBloom website and platform,including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PincBloom andis protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Youmay not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our expresswritten permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law,PincBloom and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental,special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform orservices. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these termsshall not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation giving rise to theclaim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed bythe laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from theseterms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Termsand Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with anupdated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changesconstitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
